Objectives
The IAMOT 2025 PhD Colloquium aims to encourage constructive discussions among PhD students from institutions worldwide, fostering debates on the contributions of PhD research, including research topics, proposal development, and research execution. It seeks to strengthen networking opportunities, facilitating connections between young researchers as well as between young and senior researchers, to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange. Additionally, the colloquium strives to further integrate young and talented researchers into the IAMOT community, offering a platform for growth and future collaboration.

Who Should Apply for the IAMOT 2025 PhD Colloquium?
We encourage talented young researchers to apply:​

From institutions around the world.​

Who are midway through their PhD and have a well-defined research plan (preferably approved by their institution).​

That work on a topic aligned with the conference theme and topics: "Technology Management for Intelligent, Open and Responsable Organizations and Ecosystems"
Proposal guidelines
Proposals are not papers and should clearly state the research problem, the methodological approach, planned or in execution and the expected results and contributions to the field of study. In addition:

It should fit the IAMOT Conference 2024 theme and topics;

It should be written in English and developed in the provided template;

Length: from 6-8 pages - including mini bio, abstract, and references;

File Format: PDF - Ensure the file is named as follows: PhD_Name.pdf

Fees

To attend the PhD Colloquium, participants must be registered for the IAMOT 2025 conference. ​

There are no additional fees for the PhD Colloquium​.

The 4 best proposals  will be granted free registration for the conference.
