In an ever-changing digital ecosystem, cybersecurity brings its own set of challenges for organizations. Organizations are increasingly exposed to cyber threats by adopting intelligent technologies and integrating connected platforms. These cyber-threats can compromise not only sensitive data but also the operational integrity of organizations. The need for sound governance, robust management frameworks, risk-focused organizational dialogue, and transparency regarding observed threats has never been more crucial regarding cybersecurity.  To maintain a balance between the necessary framework and organizational agility, research and cybersecurity leaders need to propose innovative strategies.
