The shift towards Industry 5.0 focuses on integrating human-centred approaches in the management of advanced technologies within organizations. As industries increasingly implement AI, robotics and IoT, the emphasis is shifting toward balancing technological innovation with human values, ethical considerations, and employee well-being. The track invites scholars to propose papers that address, but are not limited to, how organizations are aligning advanced technological (AI, robotics, and IoT) growth with human work and the nature of work itself, creating a more sustainable and responsible ecosystem, covering strategic frameworks for effective human-technology collaboration, and exploring how these practices can lead to enhanced productivity and long-term competitiveness while maintaining ethical standards and prioritizing human welfare. This track welcomes a diverse range of research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, conceptual and design-oriented studies.
