The track on "Emerging Technologies, AI, and SMEs" wishes to bring together researchers and industry professionals to explore the evolving landscape of information systems and its impact on (very) small and medium enterprises (VSMEs). The chairs expect the track submissions to focus on three key areas: (1) Emerging Information Technologies, examining the latest innovations such as blockchain, cloud computing, and IoT, and how they reshape business operations. (2) Artificial Intelligence, highlighting advancements in machine learning, data analytics, and automation, showcasing how AI enhances decision-making, efficiency, and growth. (3) Very Small and Medium Enterprises (VSMEs), with tailored discussions on the unique challenges and opportunities for VSMEs to adopt these technologies, driving competitive advantage and innovation.
