IAMOT 2025 will focus on Technology Management for Smart, Open and Responsible Organizations and Ecosystems. The current context in which organizations are founded and evolve is marked by tensions and rapidly-changing environments. Climate change, labour shortages, geopolitical conflicts affecting supply chains drive innovation on a number of fronts. Increasingly, organizations are called upon to become more efficient, agile, socially inclusive and ecologically responsible (Radjou, 2020).
